Can I edit my order?
For sure! As long as your order has not already been shipped. Just email us at quillcare@becketandquill.com and we’ll help you out.

Yes. If your order has not already been shipped, just email us at quillcare@becketandquill.com and we’ll help you cancel.
Can I edit my shipping address?
Yep! As long as your order has not already shipped.
How long does it take for my ring to be completed?
2-4 weeks from order date

SHIPPING FAQ

What is the shipping fee and delivery timeline?
Orders over $100 have complimentary shipping.
For orders under $100, shipping is $10.
Priority Shipping (2 days) – $20
Note: Carriers are behind because of COVID 19, so shipping may take a bit longer than usual.
Where do you ship to?
We ship everywhere in the US and Canada. Stay tuned for future delivery locations !
Is signature required upon delivery?
No, not unless requested

JEWELRY CARE FAQ

How should I store my jewelry?
In a cool, dry place, like the cute little pouch we sent you!
Can I shower or swim with my jewelry?
We recommend removing your jewelry before washing your hands, showering, and swimming. Always apply perfumes, lotions, and hair care products before wearing.
What should I use to clean my jewelry?
To clean, polish gently with a soft cloth.
How and where is my jewelry made?
All our jewelry is handmade in Los Angeles, CA.

WARRANTY FAQ

What is your warranty policy?
For one year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any failure of the material or workmanship occurs. Just contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FAQ

What is your return policy?

If what you ordered isn’t quite right for you, we understand. You are welcome to return your item for store-credit only. To ensure your order is eligible for store credit, items must be unworn, with no signs of wear or damage. All returns are subject to inspection, and we do reserve the right to refuse your store credit should you not meet these requirements.

All earrings and sale items final sale.

Please return your jewelry in the original Becket + Quill box and pouch. To initiate a return, fill out this form and we’ll send you a shipping label. Buyer pays for return shipping, and the return must be received within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be authorized by Becket + Quill.

How do I request a return or exchange?

When can I expect to see my store credit?
10-14 days once the returned item has been received.

 

REPAIRS FAQ

What is your repair policy?
We’re happy to help within six months of your purchase. To get your piece repaired, initiate a repair request. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
